Remembering to order your pet's heartworm, flea and tick prevention is difficult! And you don't always have time to call and place an order. Submit your order here! *Your pet MUST have an up-to-date exam (within the past year) to purchase Heartgard, Nexgard or Frontline Gold. Additionally, an up-to-date (within the past year) heartworm test is required in order to purchase Heartgard Plus. (Not sure if your pet meets these qualifications? Login in to your pet's portal > http://kilncreekanimalcare.com/medical-records/my-pets-medical-records/ ) -Purchase 6 months of Heartgard Plus and 6 months of Nexgard, and receive a $15 Visa Card Rebate -Purchase 12 months of Heartgard Plus and 6 months of Nexgard and receive a $25 Visa Card Rebate -Purchase 12 months of Heartgard Plus and 12 months of Nexgard OR Frontline Gold, receive a $50 Visa Card Rebate **KCAC staff will send in applicable rebates at the end of each month. You will receive your Visa Card rebate in the mail.
  • We only carry the Heartgard Plus beef chews. If you wish to order the Heartgard tablets or the Feline Heartgard chews, please call to place your order with one of our receptionists.
  • Nexgard is an oral flea and tick preventative. It is administered once a month (just like Heartgard Plus).
  • Fronline Gold is a topical flea and tick preventative for dogs AND cats. It is applied directly to the pet's skin once every 30 days.
